In March 2018, Smartvillage found a new home in a two-story pavilion in Munich. Over six weeks, 1,500 sqm were transformed into eight workshop rooms and 35 co-working stations.
The atrium entrance features pinewood installations, birch trunks, colorful rugs, green wall graphics, and vine-entwined swings, creating a perfectly imperfect style. The integrated café and 300 qm of terrace provide spaces for work and relaxation.
Workshops are themed around Bavaria, mountains, and nature, with rooms named Mountain Lake, Mountain Meadow, Mountain Hall, and Zugspitze, incorporating rustic elements for authenticity.
Smartvillage promotes New Work principles, offering a community hub for agile professionals.
